FEE DETAILS
The standard fee ranges from $100 to $130 per consultation hour.
If you need to negotiate the fee, this will be done during the first hour. Group Psychotherapy fees are $50.00 per session, paid monthly. Specialty Groups will have fees set for each group. Fees vary for other services.
SESSION DETAILS
Sessions are scheduled by appointment.
Individual & Adolescents(13 to 18 years of age) are a clinical hour.
Couples and Families are typically an hour, but may be longer if necessary.
Children are seen for 45 minutes to allow for parent interaction.
Groups are one and a half hours.
INSURANCE
I am a BC/BS provider. My Illinois clinical license is typically covered by all PPO & POS policies that include mental health benefits. Reimbursement for sevices varies according to individual policies. I will file your insurance for you or I can provide you with the proper forms on a monthly basis for you to submit or we can discuss other arrangements during our initial meeting.
