For over 20 years I have collaborated with clients as they have engaged in the deeply challenging work of psychotherapy. My style is honest, caring and straight-forward.  My approach is a partnership that combines a psychodynamic, systems, existential and cognitive orientation.  My belief is that each of us has what we need inside of us, we just may have some difficulty recognizing it and embracing it.
  I am a Licenced Clinical Professional Counselor,  Nationally Certified Group Psychotherapist, Mediator and Clinical Supervisor.

  I have an office in Cary, IL near Crystal Lake and Algonquin in McHenry County and Libertyville IL in Lake County. I offer day, evening and Saturday appointments.
